In Oct-Dec 2015, the total value of imports of Rice Bran in India from foreign countries was US $ 3.8 Million – an increase of 3,795,048 percent from Oct-Dec 2014 with import quantity of 263 units.

The Major Supplier of Rice Bran to India were Sri Lanka from which India have Imported US $ 2.3 Million worth of Rice Bran in Oct-Dec 2015 , India’s imports from Bangladesh reached US $ 1.4 Million worth of Rice Bran goods and Imports from Indonesia had a value that was US $ 62.9 Thousand worth of Rice Bran goods.

From Oct 2015 till date, Sri Lanka is the largest supplier of Rice Bran accounting for imports in India worth US $ 2.3 Million followed by Bangladesh from where India have Imported Rice Bran worth US $ 1.4 Million.
